The Culture will be represented by two orthogonal squares with grids of 3′ and 6′. On the intersections of these frames, water will rise, 276 stainless steel tubes (diameter: 2“ / +10’), topped with white neon lights.

Nature will be represented by three waves illustrated by 230 copper tubes (diameter: 2″ / +8′) 3′ apart. They will be topped with flashing blue beacons.

As you walk across the lake on a floating dock, you will find yourself immersed with historic park memories. Sound diffusion of testimonies (stainless steel tubes) and natural sounds (copper tubes) will be evident throughout the art display.
