Originally planned to be a spectacular ephemeral work in 2017 (during the festivities of the 500 years of the city of Le Havre), these two arches of containers are being definitively installed on the Quai de Southampton in Le Havre
The port of Le Havre is the second commercial port in France in terms of overall tonnage after Marseille.
